The Raceday Stewards informed Patrick Magee, trainer, that Searcog would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Raceday Stewards informed G.M.Lyons, trainer, that No Such Thing would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Raceday Stewards informed Alan McIntyre, trainer, that Moonhall Lass would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Raceday Stewards informed Eddie & Patrick Harty, trainer, that Hooz In Court would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

R. Whearty, rider of The Real Screamer, trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away from the stalls.

133E Mongey Communications H'cap

The Raceday Stewards interviewed J.M. Sheridan, rider of Rumbled Again, trained by D.G. Hogan, concerning his use of a mobile phone in the parade ring prior to this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he couldn't contact the trainer prior to the race and needed to speak to him regarding riding instructions so he asked the trainers representative to call him so he could confirm instructions. He further stated he was unaware of this part of Regulation 16. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found the rider in breach of Regulation 16 and having considered his record in this regard (first offence), they fined him €100.

J. Kearney, rider of New Definition (GB), trained by Richard John O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stumbled coming out of stalls.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Pinar Del Rio (GB), trained by Joe Conlon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.

133F QuinnBet Emerald Mile H'cap

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident just inside the two furlong marker involving Chazzesmee, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, unplaced, and Hightimeyouwon (GB), ridden by C.J. MacRedmond, unplaced, where it appeared C.J. MacRedmond made contact with Chazzesmee with his whip. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.M. Sheridan stated that he wasn't aware of the incident and it made no difference to his chances. C.J. MacRedmond stated that he was trying to strike his own mount but accidentally made contact with the horse beside him. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.

133G Irish Stallion Farms EBF Habitat H'cap

W.M. Lordan, rider of Gordon Bennett, trained by Richard Brabazon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was denied a clear run.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Laugh A Minute (GB), trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount anticipated the start.

133H Ryans Cleaning H'cap

The Raceday Stewards interviewed S.P. Bird, rider of Arch Enemy, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the whip Regulation and apologised for his overuse. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that S.P. Bird was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record (third offence), they suspended him for nine racedays.

J.M. Sheridan, rider of Church Mountain, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stumbled out of the stalls.

Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Hasiyna, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount got upset in the stalls and then jumped right from the stalls once the gates opened.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Tom Foley, authorised representative, for D.G. Hogan, trainer of Church Mountain, regarding the late arrival of their charge to the start, who was three minutes late, contributing to a delay to the start. Tom Foley stated that their charge is a very difficult horse so they left the ring early but he became difficult on the way down. Evidence was also heard from J.M. Sheridan , rider, who stated that his charge was very difficult on the way to the start and he had to take him back to ensure he made it to start intact. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards reminded J.M. Sheridan and D.G. Hogan, through his representative, of their obligation under Rule 205(i) to have their charge at the start on time in future.
