The Raceday Stewards granted a request from Paul W Flynn, trainer of Bungle Lichious, for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification to an Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Officer in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (i).
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately one furlong from the finish line involving Iron Fist, ridden by S. Foley, and Poweracclaim, ridden by B.M. Coen where it appeared S. Foley had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Foley stated that he had to sit for a stride as a result of Poweracclaim drifting left. B.M. Coen stated that his mount rolled around under pressure. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.
J. Kearney, rider of Beat The Devil, trained by Patrick Magee, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.
R. Whearty, rider of Bungle Lichious, trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
S. Foley, rider of Iron Fist, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got no run in the straight.
093B Dining Packages At Gowran Park H'capJ. Kearney, rider of Dance For Chester, trained by Stephen Thorne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.
Adam Caffrey, rider of Weegeebear, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped left from the starting stalls and was slowly away thereafter.

093D Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Sara Valentina, trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Indigo Five, trained by John James Feane, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
093E Irish Stall. Farms EBF Med. Auc. (F) MdnThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident rounding the home bend involving Its All Peachy, ridden by C.T. Keane, Sea View Lady ridden by A. C. Persse, Lady Lilac, ridden by G.F. Carroll, Echinacea, ridden by R.C. Colgan and Thakheera, ridden by J.M. Sheridan where it appeared, Its all Peachy, ran short of room and clipped a heel. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C. T. Keane stated that he got tight for room rounding the home bend causing him to clip a heel. R. C. Colgan stated that he maintained his racing line around the bend. A. C. Persse stated that his mount was leaning off the bend and was coming back underneath him. J.M. Sheridan stated that he felt contact on his hind quarters causing him to become unbalanced for a stride. G.F. Carroll stated that he had clipped Sea View Lady's heel on approaching the bend and switched out to avoid causing an incident. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.
G.M. Ryan, rider of Dahlia Noir, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that things got tight at the bottom of the straight.
J. Kearney, rider of Givehertilxmas, trained by Gerard Keane, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away from the starting stalls.
093F Irish Injured Jockeys H'capThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Tam Lin, ridden by C.T. Keane, and Ohmali, ridden by L.F. Roche where it appeared C.T. Keane had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. L.F. Roche stated that he corrected his mount as soon as he felt him drifting left. C.T. Keane stated that he took a precautionary check as he was aware of the drift. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action. Mr. N.B. Wachman excused himself from this enquiry.
S. Coen, rider of Stiorra, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right up the straight.
A.J. Slattery, rider of Scott Key, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the starting stalls.
093G @GowranPark1 H'capThe Raceday Stewards interviewed Tom McGuinness, trainer, in relation to his charge Esticky End, being difficult to handle prior to being loaded and also relucent to start when the stalls open. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned who stated the application of a hood today may have contributed to his charge been reluctant to race. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards suspended Esticky End from running in all races for a period of 30 calender days under the provisions of Rule 14 (iii).
W. Joyce, rider of Enquire Within, trained by F.G. Hand, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.
J. Cleary, rider of Esticky End, trained by Tom McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stood in the gates.
