094A Irish EBF Median Sires Series M'dn

The Raceday Stewards fined Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Baker Blue (GB), €130 for failing to notify the authorities that her charge had been gelded as required under the provisions of Rule 148 (XII).

S. Foley, rider of Baker Blue (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green in the last furlong.

J.J.G. Ryan, rider of Sup Of Red, trained by Jack W. Davison, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left under pressure.

The Raceday Stewards received a report from Ms. P. Hasssett, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that J.S. Dalton, rider of Itsnotme, weighed in at 1.1lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he drank water prior to riding in the race. Having considered the evidence, The Raceday Stewards were satisfied that J.S. Dalton was in breach of Rule 231 and having considered his clean record they cautioned him on this occasion.

094B Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

A. Browne-Souza, rider of Viamonte, trained by W.P.Browne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.

094C Follow @ tipperaryraces H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Raising The Flag, trained by M.C. Grassick, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

094D Racing Again At Tipp On May 8th Race

G.F. Carroll, rider of Kortez Bay, trained by Ms. Sheila Lavery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Tina's Indian, trained by Mark Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount became upset in the starting stalls and hung left out of them.

094E Tipperary H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Dancing Bay, trained by John S. O'Donoghue, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

094F Tipperary Town M'dn

C.D. Hayes, rider of Combs, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green.

L.T. McAteer, rider of Sea Senor, trained by Patrick T. Foley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

094G TipperaryRacecourse.ie H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ard Na Mara, trained by J. S. Bolger, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident just outside the one furlong pole involving Cheeky Wink, ridden by B.M. Coen, placed first, and Rock Of Ireland, ridden by L.T. McAteer, placed second, where it appeared contact was made. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. B.M. Coen stated that his mount drifted slightly but that he had quickly corrected his mount. L.T. McAteer stated that his mount shied away from Cheeky Wink. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, The Raceday Stewards were satisfied that B.M. Coen had made reasonable attempts to correct his mount and that no further action was warranted.

B.M. Coen, rider of Cheeky Wink, trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around a little when she hit the front.
