The Raceday Stewards granted permission for Another Nice'day to run in accordance with the provision of Rule 90(v) as a positive identification could be made despite the discrepancies in the markings as recorded in the Passport. The Trainer has 30 days to update the passport to the satisfaction of an IHRB Veterinary Officer/Assistant.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately one furlong from the finish involving Iriseach, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, placed fourth, and Lake Swan (GB), ridden by R. Whearty, unplaced, where it appeared R. Whearty had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R. Whearty stated that he felt pressure from his outside and had to take a slight check. J.M. Sheridan stated that he thought he was clear of Lake Swan. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found J.M. Sheridan was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his clean record in this regard, the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving Pete's Dream, ridden by A.J. Slattery, placed fifth, Woolridge (GB), ridden by R. Whearty, unplaced, and Amicitia, ridden by N.G. McCullagh, placed sixth, where it appeared the three horses came close together. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Micheil Cee, trained by M.D. O'Callaghan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away and ran green.

193C GAIN The Advantage Series H'cap

R.P. Whelan, rider of El Fontenaro, trained by Jarlath P.Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right under pressure.

193D Newgrange Hotel H'cap

M.W Hassett, rider of Mint Man (GB), trained by P.J.F. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly right throughout.

193F Navan Adventure Centre Apprentice H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Theophilos trained by Gerard Keane was found to have blood at both nostrils post race.

R. Whearty, rider of Theophilos, trained by Gerard Keane, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lisnadill (GB), trained by A. Oliver, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.
