The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

Owing to the low trajectory of the sun, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for hurdle number 5 to be omitted from this race

Following a request from broadcasters, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for this race to be delayed by one minute

009B Peter Nolan Equine (Mares) M'dn H'dle

Following a request from broadcasters, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for this race to be delayed by one minute

009C Philip O'Connor Memorial H'cap H'dle

Following a request from broadcasters, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for this race to be delayed by one minute

009D Dan & Joan Moore Memorial H'cap S'chase

Following a request from broadcasters, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for this race to be delayed by one minute

The Raceday Stewards received a report from Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Starter, Mr. J.R. Banahan, that J.J. Slevin, rider of Dancing On My Own had failed to obey his instructions and caused the false start. Evidence was heard from the starter and rider concerned. Mr J.R. Banahan stated that the runners were walking in when J.J. Slevin anticipated the start thereby causing a false start. J.J. Slevin stated that his mount was walking in in a controlled manner when he took into a canter despite he making every effort to restrain him. He apologised for his actions. Having viewed the recording of the incident and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that J.J. Slevin was in breach of Rule 208 (v) by failing to obey the instructions of the starter. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Raceday Stewards suspended J.J. Slevin for two racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Fan De Blues (FR) trained by W.P. Mullins was noted to have struck into the inside of his right fore pastern.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Mt Leinster, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

P. Townend, rider of Mt Leinster, trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled during this race.

009E Irish Stallion Farms EBF Beg. S'chase

Following a request from broadcasters, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for this race to be delayed by one minute

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Highland Charge, trained by Noel Meade, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, Mr R.A. Berry, rider of Francin (FR), trained by J.A.Berry, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount could not go any quicker at any stage of this race.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, S.D. Torrens, rider of Slip Of The Tongue, trained by Padraig Roche, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount could not lie up with the pace and jumped left during this race.

009F Irish Stallion Farms EBF Rated Nov S'ch

Following a request from broadcasters, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for this race to be delayed by one minute

K. Callaghan, rider of Jody Ted, trained by Eoin Griffin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was pulled up lame during this race.
