The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

J.W. Kennedy, rider of Two Become One, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount finished a little bit sore.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident on the home bend involving Diamond Tipp, ridden by A. Harvey, placed first, and Sophia Rose, ridden by C. Stone-Walsh, placed second, where it appeared Diamond Tipp crossed Sophia Rose. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
At the request of the Raceday Stewards, K.E Buckley, rider of Whiskey Serenade (GB), trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount is a slow horse and was outpaced throughout.
195B Randox (C&G) M'dn H'dleMr D. McGill, rider of Moneysharvin, trained by Gary McGill, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't handle the ground.
J.W. Kennedy, rider of Power Of Words, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount tried to run off the track from the last home.
The Raceday Stewards interviewed J.W. Kennedy, rider of Power Of Words, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he used his whip down the shoulder for corrective purposes as his mount was hanging severely left. He further added that his mount has ran off his racing line on his previous two runs. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards gave J.W. Kennedy the benefit of the doubt on this occasion as they were satisfied that several strikes were for corrective purposes and taking into account how Power Of Words has hung badly and ran off his racing line on his previous runs.
195C Cosy Group H'cap H'dleK.E Buckley, rider of Firstupbestdressed, trained by Conor David Maxwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Firstupbestdressed, trained by Conor David Maxwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have lost its left hind shoe but to be otherwise post race normal.
195D Plus 2 Print Tony Oakes MBE M'dn H'dleThe Raceday Stewards interviewed J.W. Kennedy, rider of Jazz De Cotte (FR), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that J.W. Kennedy was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays.
195G AJC Group H'cap S'chaseJ.C. Gainford, rider of Backonthegoagain, trained by Colin Bowe, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
M.P. O'Connor, rider of Jimli's Cave, trained by R. K. Watson, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his saddle slipped.
