The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Josh Halley, trainer of Merciless (Off Feed) - €200

The Raceday Stewards granted permission for Oppenheimer, to run in accordance with the provision of Rule 90(v) as positive identification can be made but there are discrepancies in the markings as recorded in the Passport. The Trainer, shall have (30) days to update the passport to the satisfaction of an IHRB Veterinary Officer/Assistant.

L.T. McAteer, rider of Allsortz, trained by David Marnane, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lugged left in the final furlong.

A.J. Slattery, rider of Gal, trained by Josh Halley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to take a check in the home straight. The Raceday Stewards reviewed the video footage and were satisfied no further action was warranted.

200B Irish EBF Auction Series M'dn

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident before the home turn involving Minella Rockett, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, Princess Rosie, ridden by N.G. McCullagh, and Sara La Belle, ridden by R.P. Cleary where it appeared Sara La Belle caught a heel. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.P. Cleary stated that as he was moving forward past Princess Rosie he felt there was movement from Minella Rockett on his outside which caused him to fall back in and catch the heel of Princess Rosie. J.A. Heffernan stated that his mount ran very green and seemed to duck left at that point in the race. N.G. McCullagh stated that he was unaware of any interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Minella Rockett, trained by John J.Nallen, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green and ducked left turning in.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Time Bender, trained by William Durkan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ducked right at the finish line.

S. Foley, rider of Glitter And Glory, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount shortened her action late on.

K.J. Leonard, rider of Moonlight Molly, trained by J.G.Coogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green throughout.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Sara La Belle, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount caught a heel turning in.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Glitter And Glory, trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

P.A. Harnett, rider of Elora Prince, trained by Kieran P. Cotter, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount proved very difficult on the way to post forcing him to dismount and lead to post.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Galen (GB), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be a poor mover post race. Samples were taken for analysis.

200G Bulmers Live At Leopardstown M'dn

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident on the run into the home bend involving Generous Support, ridden by R. Coakley, and Railwayview Lady, ridden by C.D. Hayes, where it appeared Generous Support rolled around briefly making contact with Railwayview Lady. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

A.J. Slattery, rider of Haaylhuja, trained by P.O'Rourke, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.

200H Irish Champions Festival H'cap

B.M. Coen, rider of Ob La Di, trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tight for room on the turn in.

R.P. Whelan, rider of La Dame Blanche, trained by Dermot Kilmartin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran off the bend turning in.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the home turn involving Ob La Di, ridden by B.M. Coen, La Dame Blanche, ridden by R.P. Whelan, Los Toldos (GB), ridden by G.M. Ryan, and Miss Nifty, ridden by R.P. Cleary where it appeared interference took place. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. G.M. Ryan stated that he felt pressure from both sides resulting in him catching the heel of Miss Nifty. B.M. Coen stated that he felt pressure from his inside forcing him onto horses outside of him. R.P. Whelan stated that his filly ran off the bend despite his best efforts to straighten her. R.P. Cleary stated that he moved inside of Pearl Jewel and felt he was clear of the horses inside him and therefore safe to do so and this was confirmed by G.M. Ryan. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action. In arriving at their decision the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that the incident was caused by La Dame Blanche drifting off her racing line but they were satisfied that R.P. Whelan had made sufficient effort to avoid causing interference so they took no further action.
