305A Racing TV M'dn H'dle

Desmond McDonogh, trainer of Glenview, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge was showing signs of being in season post race.

The Stewards informed Christian Delcros, trainer, that a repeat performance from his charge, Carraig Gorm, who was tailed off after jumping the first hurdle in this race, may render the animal liable for suspension.

305C Roadstud Installations H'cap H'dle

The Stewards interviewed S. O'Callaghan, rider of Willyouwalkwithme, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of Regulation 10 and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that S. O'Callaghan was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g) (frequency) and having considered his record they suspended him for seven racedays.

305D I.N.H. Stallion Owners EBF M'dn H'dle

The Stewards interviewed J.W. Kennedy, rider of Sam's Choice, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of Regulation 10 and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that J.W. Kennedy was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record they suspended him for five racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Grivei (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

305E Saint Patricks Coast H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Money Heist, trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

305F C Russell Auto Sales Beginners S'chase

The Stewards interviewed Sam Ewing, rider of Winding River, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who felt that one of his strikes did not make contact with the horse. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that Sam Ewing was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g) (frequency) and having considered his record they suspended Sam Ewing for four racedays.

305G Downpatrick End Of Season H'cap S'chase

The Stewards interviewed Miss E.J. Sweeney, rider of Allduckornodinner, concerning her use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that she was in breach of Regulation 10 and apologised for her actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that Miss E.J. Sweeney was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g) (frequency) and having considered her record they cautioned her on this occasion.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Glen Ava, trained by Iain Jardine (in GB), at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
