Mr Brandon Wilkie holds an apprentice jockey licence under the Rules of Racing.
Mr Wilkie notified the IHRB of charges arising from a police investigation into an alleged assault which occurred while he held a licence under the British Horseracing Authority.
The matter was referred to the IHRB Licensing Committee. Having considered the circumstances, the Committee determined to impose an interim suspension of Mr Wilkie’s licence pending the outcome of the criminal proceedings.
This suspension took effect from 18 April 2026.
This decision is subject to appeal in accordance with the Rules of Racing.
