Ferguson, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount clipped a heel accidentally shortly after jumping the third last hurdle, causing him to fall on the flat, and thereby bringing down both Leapsandbounds, ridden by M.P. Fogarty, and Sovereign Princess, ridden by R.M. Power. This was confirmed by both M.P. Fogarty and R.M. Power. Having considered this report and in the absence of any conclusive video evidence, the Stewards took no further action.
