Fitzgerald apologised for the inaccuracy of his report and with the consent of the Raceday Stewards he amended his report to state that his mount hung left throughout. Furthermore, The Raceday Stewards took no further action other than to remind S. Fitzgerald of his obligation to give accurate reports in the future. |
