Martin, trainer of Zuzukel (FR), reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge is a very difficult individual who would be leaving the parade ring last and wearing a hood. He advised that for his charge to be seen to be running to his best effect in the race, he would be instructing his rider to jump off a few lengths behind the other runners, to allow his mount to settle and to ride his race from there.
