The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that following the withdrawal of Not Leaving Yet from race seven on veterinary advice, trainer Robert Murphy had verbally abused her and later reported that the trainer had returned and apologised for his actions, which she had accepted. The raceday Stewards interviewed Robert Murphy who accepted the report. Having considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards found Robert Murphy to be in breach of Rule 272 (iii) and considering his clean record in this regard and in light of his apology, they cautioned him on this occasion. |
