At the request of the Raceday Stewards, L.P. Dempsey, rider of Cabane Des Taules, trained by J.P.Dempsey, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount went lame in running and was pulled up.

066B Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares M'dn Hdle

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, K.M. Donoghue, rider of Je T'ai Porte, trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran keen in the early part of the race before settling and eventually stayed on one paced in the finish. .

066C Treo Eile Rated Novice H'dle

Following a request from broadcasters, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for a two minute delay to this race

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Abbeydale (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

A.P. Kelly, rider of The Connector, trained by Michael Hourigan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled during this race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined The Connector, trained by Michael Hourigan, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

L.A. McKenna, rider of Two For The Road, trained by Edward Cawley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was badly hampered at the final hurdle.

066G The Naas Racecourse H'cap H'dle

The Raceday Stewards interviewed I.J. Power, rider of Elsannah, concerning his use of the whip near the finish of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. In his evidence, I.J. Power stated that he used the whip once in the forehand position close to the finish as he felt his mount drifting and was afraid that she might jink. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that I.J. Power was in breach of R10(3)(a) by hitting his mount in front of the saddle while his whip was held in the forehand position. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Raceday Stewards cautioned I.J. Power on this occasion.

G. Brouder, rider of Portland Row, trained by J.A. Nash, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he pulled up his mount in the straight as he thought that he had gone wrong but he returned sound.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Master Breffni, trained by J.T.R.Dreaper, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Morrie In D Quarry, trained by Ross O'Sullivan, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
