The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Edward Cawley, trainer of Must Go Now (Off feed) - €200

385A Adare Manor Opportunity H'cap S'chase

C. Brassil, rider of Serenity Grove, trained by Gearoid O'Loughlin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel in running. This was subsequently confirmed by the IHRB Veterinary Officer.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from trainer P.J. Rothwell as to the apparent improvement in form of Galon De Vauzelle (FR), placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that his charge made a bad mistake on its most recent run and prior to that was unable to handle the testing ground conditions. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation offered.

Owing to low trajectory of the sun, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for fence number one to be omitted from this race.

Owing to low trajectory of the sun, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for hurdle number one to be omitted from this race.

P. Townend, rider of Saylavee, trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed Space Tourist ridden by B. Hayes being overtaken on his inside by Risk Belle ridden by M.P. Walsh at the second last hurdle. Having viewed the recording of the incident and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no breach of Rule: 226 had occurred and that no further action was warranted.

385D Neville Hotels Novice S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Corbetts Cross, trained by Emmet Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.

385F Timeless Sash Irish EBF Nov. H'cap H'dle

P. Townend, rider of Mount Sinai, trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped poorly throughout the race.

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Quarry Rocco, trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered by the faller and felt lame after the winning post.

B. Hayes, rider of Linden Arden, trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran too keen.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Quarry Rocco, trained by P.J. Rothwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be lame on the left fore post race.
