The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Noel G. Hynds, trainer of Court Of Appeal (Off feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

N.G. McCullagh rode Macinamillion (reserve) trained by Gavin Cromwell (Race 7)
K.K. Hennessy replaced R.P. Cleary on Pulse Of Shanghai, trained by James McAuley (Race 2)(stood down)
N.G. McCullagh replaced R.P. Cleary on Golden Spangle, trained by J. S. Bolger (Race 3)(stood down)
D.E.Sheehy replaced R.P. Cleary on Slaney Tide, trained by J. S. Bolger (Race 7)(stood down)
N.G. McCullagh replaced R.P. Cleary on Eastern Legend, trained by J. S. Bolger (Race 4)(stood down).

209A Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

N.G. McCullagh, rider of Rogerwaswrong, trained by Sean Davis, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to take evasive action due to the faller on the flat.

G.M. Ryan, rider of Starliner, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled around under pressure in the last furlong and a half.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the home straight involving, T Or Coffey, ridden by R.P. Cleary, where R.P. Cleary was unseated from his mount which veered sharply right under a left hand drive behind, King Of Gosford. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

S. Foley, rider of Scarlet Dancer, trained by James McAuley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away from the starting stalls.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Scarlet Dancer, trained by James McAuley, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

C.T. Keane, rider of Peerless, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his race was run and ran out of room in the closing stages and took a precautionary check.

J. Kearney, rider of Doctor Parnassus, trained by Richard John O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left up the straight.

Adam Caffrey, rider of Grann's Boy, trained by H.Rogers, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount slowly away.

S. Foley, rider of Nakassama, trained by James McAuley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got worked up in the stalls.

The Raceday Stewards informed C. Moore, trainer that Donegal Star, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again and furthermore reminded him that a repeat performance of his horses behavior would render the animal liable to a suspension.

K.K. Hennessy, rider of Medici Pass, trained by Michael William O'Meara, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount got upset in the stalls.

S.T. McCullagh, rider of Boher Road, trained by Jarlath P.Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly and lost his action which resulted in him pulling up.

Adam Caffrey, rider of Spy (GB), trained by C.Byrnes, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount met with slight interference on the home bend.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Boher Road, trained by Jarlath P.Fahey, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Devore, trained by J.P. Murtagh, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

209E ASG & Partners Fillies H'cap

S. Foley, rider of Mellow Magic (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount finished lame. this was subsequently confirmed by the I.H.R.B vetinary officer post race.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident about three furlongs from home, involving Mellow Magic (GB), ridden by S. Foley, and Humtaza, ridden by C. Horgan where it appeared S. Foley had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. In his evidence, S Foley stated that his race was run when Humtaza edged out for a run causing him to take a slight check. C. Horgan, stated that he was full of running while looking for some racing room but didn't persist until the gaps opened further down the hill. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.

209F Tote Apprentice H'cap

R. Whearty, rider of Galactica (FR), trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

J. Kearney, rider of Intend, trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount slowly away from the starting stalls.

209G Proparamedics H'cap

S. Foley, rider of St Faz (FR), trained by E. J. O'Grady, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right under pressure.

C. Geerdharry, rider of North Dorset (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

G.M. Ryan, rider of Lady Pro (GB), trained by R. K. Watson, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount lost his action at the three pole.
