Riders Fees

Annual Registration Fees, Licence Fees and any other applicable fees and charges provided for within the Rules of Racing and the Irish National Hunt Steeplechase Rules are reviewed

and determined by the IHRB on an annual basis. 

From such fees and charges, agreed deductions are made for the benefit of determined Associations and/or Charitable Funds in consultation with Trustees and/or Directors of such Charitable Funds or Associations, to include but not limited to the following:

• Jockeys’ Accident Fund (JAF)

• Jockeys’ Emergency Fund (JEF)

• Drogheda Memorial Fund (DMF)

• Qualified Riders Accident Fund (QRAF)

• Qualified Riders Association (QRA)

The applicable fees are set out below are effective from 1 December 2025 and are subject to review – any amendments will be published prior to the effective dates.
