331A Join Wexford Racing Club M'dn H'dle

At the request of the Stewards, Rachael Blackmore, rider of Atimetodream, trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount got hampered at the first hurdle by a faller and ran green throughout thereafter.

At the request of the Stewards, D.F. O'Regan, rider of Splashing Out, trained by Eoin Griffin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was hampered by a faller at the first hurdle.

331C Thank You Val O'Connell Opp. Hcap Hdle

The Stewards interviewed G.B. Noonan, rider of Missiee, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. G.B. Noonan stated that he just lost count but accepted he was in breach of R 10 and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found G.B. Noonan in breach of R 10.3(g)(frequency) and R 10.3(i)(time to respond) and having considered his record in this regard they suspended him for 8 racedays and instructed him to attend RACE for 1 days tuition on the correct use of the whip.

331D Peter Nolan Bloodstock M'dn H'dle

The Stewards reviewed an incident on the first bend shortly after the start involving several horses, where it appeared they got quite close together rounding the bend. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

Anthony Mullins, trainer of No Bodder, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge scoped wrong post race.

331E M.W. Hickey Memorial S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Run Wild Fred, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.

331F Michael Moore Motors Beginners S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Au Fleuron (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. He has an over reach lateral to his left fore and lost his right fore shoe in running.

331G Thanks For 2022 (C&G) (PA) INH Flat Race

The Stewards interviewed Miss E.J. Sweeney, rider of Attaboyarchie, concerning her use of the whip in closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Miss E.J. Sweeney stated that she had not realised she had gone over the numbers allowed but accepted she was in breach of R 10. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found Miss Sweeney in breach of R 10.3(g) (frequency) and having taken her previous record into account they suspended her for 1 raceday.
