The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Nero Rock, trained by M.F.Morris, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

306D Casey Concrete Gorey H'cap H'dle

The Stewards received a report from Mr. W. Fleming, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that T.N. Brett, rider of Grey Habit, weighed in at 1.9 lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that T.N. Brett was in breach of Rule 231 and having considered his record in this regard suspended him for 1 raceday.
