Sam Ewing replaced K.C. Sexton on Clonmoyle, trained by Peter Fahey (Race 5)(Injured)

079B Ladies Day August 13th M'dn H'dle

P.J. Carberry, rider of La Hacienda (GB) trained by Matthew J. Smith, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled during this race.

079C Copper Coast H'cap H'dle

Shane Fenelon, rider of I'vedoneitall trained by E.Sheehy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Gallic Boy, trained by John O. Clifford, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have burst a blood vessel.

At the request of the Stewards, D.E. Mullins, rider of Gallic Boy, trained by John O. Clifford, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was ridden wide in search of better ground and tired in the closing stages.

079D Anne Valley Walk H'cap H'dle

Thomas Gibney, trainer of Story Rory, reported to the IHRB Veterinary Officer that his charge choked in running.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Story Rory, trained by Thomas Gibney, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have an overreach on his left fore and to have lost his right fore shoe.

R.A. Doyle, rider of Loup De Tallane (FR) trained by Eoin Griffin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

079E Tramore Promenade Beginners S'chase

B. Browne, rider of Lean Araig trained by Oliver McKiernan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was pulled up having burst a blood vessel. This was confirmed by the IHRB Veterinary Officer on a post race examination.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined No Thanks (GB), trained by Matthew J. Smith, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.

K.M. Donoghue, rider of No Thanks (GB) trained by Matthew J. Smith, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the second last fence on the second circuit.

079F West Waterford H'cap S'chase

J.B. Foley, rider of Mrs Watson trained by Peter Croke, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount did not jump fluently during the early part of this race.

P.J. O'Hanlon, rider of Lawlor's Choice (GB) trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled during this race and was pulled up.

079G Waterford Hunt Fundraiser Hunters Schase

The Stewards reviewed an incident between the last fence and the winning post involving Er Dancer (FR), ridden by Mr A. Harney and Good Bye Sam (FR), ridden by Mr P.W. Mullins, where it appeared that slight contact was made. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
