The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Inchturk, trained by M.Halford, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

S.T. McCullagh, rider of Cowboy Justice (GB) trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled during this race.

A.J. Slattery, rider of Dare To Flare trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stood in the starting stalls when the gates opened.

R.P. Cleary, rider of New Hill trained by Ms. Sheila Lavery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount had no luck in running.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Big Island, trained by W.J.Lanigan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Stewards reviewed an incident on the bend past the stands involving Play The Game, ridden by K.C. Sexton, Colenso (GB), ridden by J.B. Foley, and Cottie, ridden by Rachael Blackmore where it appeared that Cottie got tight for room when racing close to the running rail. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

J.B. Foley, rider of Colenso (GB) trained by J.P. Flavin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost his action during this race.

At the request of the Stewards, Mr J.L. Gleeson, rider of First Dare, trained by Miss Elizabeth Doyle, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran off the bend turning into the back straight, clipped heels, stumbled and unseated him.
