Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, placing an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Order Acceptance Policy
Payment shall be made by a credit or debit card. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit and debit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit or debit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honour the credit or debit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Product Availability
We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Presentation of Products
We will endeavor to provide an image of the product and a full product description of the item where possible. Please note that due to the restrictions of personal monitor types, setting and browser types, colours and details can vary from the original uploaded images.
Shipping and Delivery
The Turf Club’s delivery partners will deliver to the delivery address submitted by you in the online shop. Shipment will be by An Post or various courier companies. The Turf Club is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. We will endeavour to deliver your order within 5 normal business days once your the order has been processed and approval has been received from your financial institution. Due to high demand at peak times, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days. Any Delivery dates specified are approximate. Standard Delivery charges within ROI are included in prices quotes. For Delivery outside ROI please contact the sales team on +353 45 445600.
Out of Stock Items
Do not place orders for items marked "OUT OF STOCK". These orders will be automatically cancelled.
Payment
Payment of all items purchased via the Online store is credit or debit card only. Credit cards accepted are VISA, Mastercard and Laser.
Returns/Refund Policy
Once order confirmation has been received a "no returns" policy is initiated. The Customers attention is drawn to the Returns Policy outlined below, which applies solely to goods that are damaged. No goods will be accepted for return and no credits will be issued in the absence of compliance with the procedure laid down.
If goods are damaged, and you wish to return them please contact sales administration on +353 45 445600 within 7 days of receipt of your order (which shall be deemed to be 2 days after dispatch by us). You will be given a return number. The following conditions must be adhered to for credit to be issued:
• Returns number is included with package.
• Postal charges involved are paid by the client.

The Turf Club respects your right to privacy and will not collect any personal information about you on this website without your clear permission. Any personal information which you volunteer will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 & 2003.
The Turf Club does not collect any personal data about you on this website, apart from information which you volunteer. Any information, which you provide in this way, is not made available to any third parties, and is used by the Turf Club for the purpose for which you provided it.
