The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

G.T.Lynch, trainer of Little Stone (Transport difficulties) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D. E. Mullins replaced J.J. Slevin on Flynsini, trained by P.M. Cloke (Race 6)(injured)
S. W. Flanagan replaced J.J. Slevin on Choungaya (FR), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien (Race 5)(injured).

J.J. Slevin, rider of Majority Share, trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his saddle slipped and he pulled up thereafter.

333B BETDAQ Trading Tools M'dn H'dle

C.J. Orr, rider of Schedar trained by Michael J. McDonagh, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Dlauro (FR), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.

Joseph Patrick O'Brien, trainer of Dlauro (FR), reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge burst a blood vessel.

333C I.N.H. Stallion Owners EBF M'dn H'dle

E. Walsh, rider of Larry Looby trained by Desmond McDonogh, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount did not act on todays going.

At the request of the Stewards, B. Browne, rider of Aarons Day, trained by Oliver McKiernan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount narrowly avoided being brought down by fallers and jumped with no confidence thereafter.

333D BETDAQ Casino (Mares) H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Isabel's Gold, trained by John Queally, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.

C.D. Maxwell, rider of Lee Valley Legacy trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got tight for room at the start.

333E BETDAQ Sportsbook Rated Novice S'chase

The Stewards enquired into an incident approaching the final fence involving Whisperinthebreeze (GB), ridden by R.M. Power, placed third and Galvin, ridden by D.N. Russell, placed second, where it appeared that Galvin got tight for room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that any interference caused was accidental in nature and they took no further action.

333F BETDAQ 2% Commission Exchange H'cap S'ch

B. Hayes, rider of Halsafari trained by Michael J. Bowe, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made several mistakes and was pulled up thereafter.

D.J. McInerney, rider of Spancil Hill trained by Michael J. McDonagh, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left and jumped left throughout.

P.D. Kennedy, rider of Garrai Phaidin trained by Shane Ryder, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was having its first run in a while and it got very tired.

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Robin De Roost trained by Thomas Gibney, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount did not handle todays going.

H. Morgan, rider of Kilbrew Gold trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a bad respiratory noise throughout.

333G I.S.F. EBF Auction INH Flat Race

The Stewards fined Thomas Coyle, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Goatitagain, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Goatitagain in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90.

The Stewards interviewed Mr. D. O'Connor, rider of The Road To Fame, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that Mr. D. O'Connor was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record, they cautioned him on this occasion.
