The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Liam G O'Brien, trainer of We'llgowats (Off feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

S.D. Bowen replaced R.M Mulligan on Joe's Joy, trained by Paul Mulligan (Race 7)(Stewards permission)

318B Safer Gambling H'cap

J.M. Sheridan, rider of Conversant trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount darted left one furlong down.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Hot Sunset (GB) trained by Joseph Anthony Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount had no luck in running early.

C.J. MacRedmond, rider of Merlins Muse (USA) trained by Tom McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Conversant, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have a slightly delayed recovery and to have a slight nasal discharge post race.

The Stewards reviewed an incident inside the final furlong involving Ever Rock, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, Conversant, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, and Hot Sunset (GB), ridden by N.M. Crosse where it appeared that Conversant veered left and may have contributed to an incident. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lalechko (GB), trained by Padraig Roche, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

W.J. Lee, rider of Andromedas Kingdom trained by M.C. Grassick, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount met with interference one furlong down.

The Stewards interviewed C.J. MacRedmond, rider of Daisy Jones, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. In his evidence, C.J. MacRedmond admitted that he had breached the whip guidelines. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that C.J. MacRedmond was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended C.J. MacRedmond for one raceday.

318D Blackcastle H'cap

D. McMonagle, rider of Gobi Star trained by Edward Lynam, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

318E Like Navan On Facebook H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Blues Emperor, trained by J.P. Murtagh, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

318F Safer Gambling Navan M'dn

B.M. Coen, rider of Diamond Union (GB) trained by E. J. O'Grady, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left all the way.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Man O Work, trained by P.G. Fahey, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
