The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Brendan W.Duke, trainer of Coolcullen (off feed) - €200

386A Ryans Cleaning Veterans H'cap S'chase

E. McNamara, trainer of Silver Planeur (FR), reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge got a fright at the second fence and lost his confidence thereafter.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident turning out of the back straight involving R'evelyn Pleasure, ridden by R.J. Condon, and Blast Of Koeman, ridden by P.T. Enright where it appeared that Blast Of Koeman got tight for room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. P. T. Enright stated that his mount got a little tight for room but felt if was of little consequence. R.J. Condon stated that his mount moved slightly right rounding the bend. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

386F Geary's Garage Kilmeedy M'dn H'dle

K. Callaghan, rider of Famous Agent (FR) trained by Miss Elizabeth Doyle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

P.T. Enright, rider of Ishan (FR) trained by S. Curling, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

C.P. McNamara, rider of Sixty Seconds trained by E. McNamara, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the third last and pulled up.

386G Party Time H'cap H'dle

Niall Moore, rider of Karayaz trained by John J Cullen, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled and pulled up.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed R.A. Doyle, rider of Bluebell Diva, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of Regulation 10 and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that R.A. Doyle was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record they cautioned him on this occasion.
