The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

C.J. Orr rode Mahlers Glory (reserve) trained by Thomas P.O'Connor (Race 6)
Conor Clarke rode Boss Girl (reserve) trained by W.J.Austin (Race 6)
G.P. Brouder rode Grey Habit (reserve) trained by R.Donohoe (Race 6)

376A Keith Lynch Memorial M'dn H'dle

J.M. Moore, rider of Doyen Rose, trained by D.M. Christie, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung left and jumped left throughout.

376B CUBE M'dn H'dle

C.J. Orr, rider of Ballyglass Beauty trained by Ciaran Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout and pulled up.

Mr P.A. King, rider of The Blind Piper trained by Ms. M.M. Gannon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

376D D Pack Packaging H'cap H'dle

The Stewards requested a report from Cathal Persse, rider of Bergentown who fell on the flat at around the two furlong pole. Cathal Persse reported that his mount stumbled and fell independently. Having viewed the recording and considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Rock Of Tuskar, trained by Paul Nolan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have an abrasion on its left fore cannon but to be otherwise post race normal.

The Stewards requested a report from Gavin Cromwell, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Donnrua Dream, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Mr. Justin McGovern, Authorised representative reported that the testing conditions today allowed the animal to put its stamina to good use and this in his opinion brought about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report, the Stewards noted the contents of the report.

376E Tim Duggan Memorial H'cap S'chase

The Stewards interviewed C.A. Landers, rider of Rebel Gold, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted he had used his whip excessively. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that C.A. Landers was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency). Having considered his record and pursuant to R10.6(a) the Stewards suspended C.A. Landers for 6 racedays.

D.J. McInerney, rider of Espanito Bello (FR) trained by Barry Connell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake and pulled up.

M.P. O'Connor, rider of Eleazar Des Neiges (FR) trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Defi Bleu (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

376F Parkway Shopping Centre H'cap H'dle

The Stewards reviewed an incident after the last involving Itsnotinit, ridden by S.F. O'Keeffe and Golden Cosmos, ridden by Jamie Hayes, where it appeared Golden Cosmos made contact with Itsnotinit. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

376G Doherty Woodshavings INH Flat Race

The Stewards interviewed Mr C.P. Millar, rider of Memories Never Die, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of Regulation 10. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that Mr. C.P. Millar was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and R10.3(i)(time to respond) and having considered his record they suspended him for 3 racedays and ordered him to attend R.A.C.E. for one day's tuition on the correct use of the whip.

The Stewards interviewed Mr P.J. O'Neill, rider of Leis Fein, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of Regulation 10. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that Mr. P.J. O'Neill was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and R10.3(i)(time to respond) and having considered his record they suspended him for 1 raceday.

The Stewards interviewed Mr M. McGuane, rider of Youralwaysdreamin, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted he was in breach of Regulation 10. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the rider was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency). Having considered his record and pursuant to R10.6(a), the Stewards suspended Mr. M. McGuane for 6 racedays.

The Stewards interviewed Mr J.J. O'Neill, rider of Battle Frontier, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted he was in breach of Regulation 10. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that Mr. J.J. O'Neill was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and R10.3(i)(time to respond) and having considered his record they suspended him for 1 raceday.
