Leopardstown And Clonmel Forced To Cancel Today

The Turf Club has announced that, following a course inspection at Leopardstown  today, Sunday, 4th March, the course was found to be waterlogged after enduring 15 millimetres of rain earlier this morning. As a consequence, this afternoon’s scheduled fixture has been cancelled. This afternoon’s other scheduled fixture at Clonmel was also cancelled earlier on after Turf Club Officials found the course to be waterlogged on inspection. Meanwhile, the Kilworth and Araglen Harriers point-to-point at Kilworth in Co Cork, and the Limerick Harriers point-to-point at Lemonfield in Crecora, Co Limerick, which were scheduled for this afternoon, have both been cancelled.
