The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Liam P Cusack, trainer of Bidentime (Off feed) - €200

047A Donohoe Marquees M'dn H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Teed Up, trained by Emmet Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

B. Hayes, rider of Teed Up trained by Emmet Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount did not handle the ground.

At the request of the Stewards, J.B. Foley, rider of Don't Tell Allen, trained by John Queally, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was outpaced in the early part of the race and may have found todays going a bit too quick for him.

047D Leopardstown Members (Mares) H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Greenhill Damsel, trained by Garrett James Power, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

047E Irish Stallion Farms EBF Rated Nov' S'ch

The Stewards fined Gordon Elliott, trainer, €65 for failing to fit a tongue tie to One Down, prior to entering the parade ring.

Owing to the low elevation of the sun, the Stewards granted permission for fence # 2 to be omitted from this race

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Alko Rouge (FR), trained by Thomas Gibney, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

J.B. Foley, rider of Alko Rouge (FR) trained by Thomas Gibney, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount did not jump great and stopped quickly.

047F TRI Equestrian H'cap S'chase

Owing to the low elevation of the sun, the Stewards granted permission for fence # 2 to be omitted from this race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Rightplacerightime, trained by Emmet Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have a cut on his left fore heel.

The Stewards interviewed I.J. Power, rider of Jacksons Gold, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. In his evidence, I.J. Power accepted that he had exceeded the whip guidelines for frequency. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that I.J. Power was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended I.J. Power for three racedays.

D.J. McInerney, rider of Mount Pelier trained by Barry Connell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly and was pulled up.
