The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Following a request from broadcasters, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for this race to be delayed by +2 minutes.

Owing to the low elevation of the sun, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for fence #1 (last fence) to be omitted from both circuits of this race.

A.P. Kelly, rider of Marshalled trained by Padraig Roche, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout this race.

J.P. O'Sullivan, rider of Handsworth trained by J.P.Dempsey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered by a faller.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Arctic Ambition, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed P.J. O'Hanlon, rider of Galon De Vauzelle (FR), concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. In his evidence, P.J. O'Hanlon accepted that he had breached the whip guidelines for frequency and added that the omission of the last fence may have been a contributing factor. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that P.J. O'Hanlon was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Raceday Stewards suspended P.J. O'Hanlon for one raceday.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident where the runners rejoined the track after bypassing the final fence involving Charlie Stout, ridden by K. Callaghan, and Gondor, ridden by Sarah Kavanagh where it appeared that Gondor edged towards Charlie Stout and may have made contact. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

Following a request from broadcasters, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for this race to be delayed by +1 minute.

Owing to the low elevation of the sun, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for hurdle #1 (last hurdle) to be omitted from both circuits of this race

L.P. Dempsey, rider of Bring Us Paradise (GB) trained by Luke Comer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel and was pulled up.

385C BeattheBank.ie Irish EBF (Mares) H'dle

Owing to the low elevation of the sun, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for hurdle #1 (last hurdle) to be omitted from both circuits of this race

385D Neville Hotels Novice S'chase

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident at fence #7 involving Amirite, ridden by Rachael Blackmore, and Three Stripe Life, ridden by J.W. Kennedy where it appeared that both horses collided on the landing side, both riders became unbalanced and Rachael Blackmore got unseated. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. In her evidence, Rachael Blackmore stated that Three Stripe Life made a mistake and his rider J.W. Kennedy had his balance shifted to the right which caused a knock on affect and glanced off herself giving her no chance. J.W. Kennedy stated that he got unbalanced when his mount jumped to the right and collided with Amirite causing him to knock Rachael Blackmore who got unseated as a consequence. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.

385E Matheson H'dle

Owing to the low elevation of the sun, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for hurdle #1 to be omitted from both circuits of this race

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Pied Piper (GB), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal post race.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, J.W. Kennedy, rider of Pied Piper (GB), trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount carried him to the back straight until making a mistake at the middle hurdle and never travelled thereafter.

385F Irish Stallion Farms EBF Novice Hcap Hdl

Rachael Blackmore, rider of Spirit Of Legend (FR) trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount jumped left at the final hurdle and hung left afterwards.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident after the final hurdle involving Spirit Of Legend (FR), ridden by Rachael Blackmore, and Gaoth Chuil, ridden by D.F. O'Regan where it appeared Spirit Of Legend (FR) edged inwards and may have interfered with Gaoth Chuil which was racing close to the rails. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. In his evidence, D.F. O'Regan stated that Spirit Of Legend (FR) landed over the final hurdle just ahead of his own mount and then came inwards causing slight interference but this had no effect on his final placing. Rachael Blackmore stated that her mount was about a half a length up on Gaoth Chuil when landing over the final hurdle and fell in to the left but she felt that she had reacted immediately to straighten her mount. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action other than to advise Rachael Blackmore to ride with more awareness. Mr. T. Breen, Chairman of the Raceday Stewards recused himself from this enquiry. Mr. L. McFerran acted as the Chairman of the Raceday Stewards for this enquiry.

385G Plusvital INH Flat Race

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Caldwell Potter (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
