The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

A.P.O'Brien, trainer of Cape Of Good Hope (Off Feed) - €200

188A Foran Equine Irish EBF Auction M'dn

T.P. Madden, rider of Waterville Lady, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung right throughout.

The Stewards interviewed D.A. McCormack, rider of Falvetti, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(a)(forehand) and (g)(frequency) and having taken his record into account suspended him for 1 race day.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Waterville Lady, trained by Mrs John Harrington, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

188C SAP Concur Apprentice H'cap

N.M. Crosse, rider of Peddlers Pass trained by Francis Casey, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

188G Club 30 H'cap

The Stewards requested a report from Denis Gerard Hogan, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of With A Start, placed first, as compared with its most recent run. The Trainer's Authorised Representative, Meghan Donovan, reported that this horse was having its first run since having a wind operation. Having considered the report, the Stewards noted the explanation offered.
