The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

A.P.O'Brien, trainer of Realism (Off Feed) - €200
John Joseph Murphy, trainer of Malt Lios (Off Feed) - €200

308A Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

The Stewards received a report from Ms. J. Taylor M.R.C.V.S., M.V.B., Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer, regarding the passport for Starlight Rose, trained by Peter Lawlor. Evidence was heard from the Veterinary Officer and the trainer concerned. Ms Taylor stated that the discrepancies identified in the markings recorded when the passport of Starlight Rose was previously inspected had not been corrected since then. Mr. Lawlor accepted that this was the case. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Starlight Rose in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (v).

308B Irish EBF Support. TREO EILE (C&G) M'dn

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ninja, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

308C Hazel Avenue Nursery H'cap

The Stewards reviewed an incident shortly after the start involving Black Pepper, ridden by C.T. Keane, Sir Allen (GB), ridden by A.J. Slattery, and Supagirl, ridden by S. Foley, where it appeared that horses bunched up on the outer. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards decided that no further action was warranted.

C.T. Keane, rider of Black Pepper trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount had a look coming to the road.

308D Richmond Homes Killavullan Stakes

The Stewards reviewed an incident inside the final furlong involving Boundless Ocean, ridden by L.T. McAteer, New Energy, ridden by R.C. Colgan, and Pennine Hills, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, where it appeared Boundless Ocean checked. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

308E Manguard Plus Trigo Stakes

The Stewards enquired into an incident on the outer in the straight involving Layfayette, ridden by C.D. Hayes, Geometrical, ridden by L.T. McAteer, Lough Derg, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, and Wuqood (GB), ridden by B.M. Coen, where it appeared horses bunched. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C.D. Hayes stated that as he switched out he got a bump on the outer. L.T. McAteer stated that his mount raced awkwardly, received a bump but was going backwards. B.M. Coen stated that his mount travelled well, as Lough Derg comes out he received a bump and as a consequence his mount bumped onto Geometrical. J.A. Heffernan stated that his mount carried his head to the right, as he changed his hands he drops a rein, which prevents him from taking a corrective check. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards apportioned no blame for the incident on any individual rider and took no further action.

S.M. Crosse, rider of Mythical (FR) trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

308F Leopardstown Members Club M'dn

L.T. McAteer, rider of Thegooseiscooked trained by Anthony Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got a bump leaving the stalls.

308G Carmanhall H'cap

S. Foley, rider of Goodnight Kiss trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount leaned right throughout.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Female Approach trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount slipped on the first bend.

M.P. Sheehy, rider of Monty's Way trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount slipped on the first bend.

S.T. McCullagh, rider of McPherson (GB) trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

308H Leopardstown October H'cap

W.J. Lee, rider of Rebellito (FR) trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount slipped on the first bend.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Baby Zeus trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got tight for room a furlong down and had to check slightly.

B.M. Coen, rider of Yafordadoe trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount drifted left under pressure.
