R.P. Whelan, rider of Pink Socks trained by Timothy Doyle, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lugged left under pressure.
227B Irish EBF Auction Series M'dnS. Foley, rider of Tut Tut trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran across heels at the bottom of the straight.
227C Foxrock M'dnG.P. Brouder, rider of You Bank trained by R.Donohoe, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was unruly in the stalls.
Sam Ewing, rider of Apsley House (USA) trained by Charles O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was very green.

227E Invesco Pension Consultants Desmond StksThe Stewards fined Mrs John Harrington, trainer, €65 for fitting Sheepskin Cheek Pieces to Real Appeal (GER) which had not been declared, prior to entering the parade ring.
227F Plusvital H'capG.P. Halpin, rider of Massa Lubrense trained by John Geoghegan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount burst.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Massa Lubrense trained by John Geoghegan was found to have blood at both nostrils as a result of an exercise-induced pulmonary haemorrhage.
The Stewards interviewed S.P. Davis, rider of Emphatic, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was over the limit which was due to him miscounting his whip use. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3(g)(frequency) and having taken his record into account suspended him for one race day.
The Stewards interviewed James J. Doyle, rider of Silent Performance, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he had used it to shift his filly from off the rail in the straight. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(g)(frequency) and having taken his record into account suspended him for two race days.
227G Vinnie Roe StakesS. Foley, rider of Taipan (FR) trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran around in the straight.
The Stewards interviewed S. Foley, rider of Taipan (FR), concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he was off the bridle from a long way out which may have contributed to him exceeding the frequency limit. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(g)(frequency) and having taken his good record into account cautioned him on this occasion.
