The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Noel Meade, trainer of Fauguernon (FR) (Ran recently, reason not accepted) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D. F. O'Fegan replaced D.N. Russell on Santana Plessis (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 1)(injured)
S. Flanagan replaced J.W. Kennedy on Soldier At War (GER), trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 5)(injured)
K. C. Sexton replaced D.N. Russell on Out Sam (GB), trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 6)(injured)
B. J. Cooper replaced D.N. Russell on Braeside, trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 7)(injured)
C. D. Timmons replaced K.M. Donoghue on Goatitagain, trained by Thomas Coyle (Race 2)(injured)
L. P. Dempsey replaced K.M. Donoghue on Venitien De Mai (FR), trained by J.T.R.Dreaper (Race 6)(injured).

289C1 Bellamianta Luxury Tanning H'cap H'dle

The Stewards fined John G. Carr, trainer, €65 for failing to fit a tongue tie to Fr Gilligansvoyge (GB), prior to entering the parade ring.

289C2 Bellamianta Luxury Tanning H'cap H'dle

D. Meyler, rider of Short Story Long trained by N Dooly, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his saddle slipped.

The Stewards enquired into the fall of Famous Day, ridden by B. Browne approximately four furlongs from home. Evidence was heard from B. Browne and Michael Jack Molloy, rider of Mystic Embarr. Having considered the evidence and viewed a recording of the race, the Stewards were not able to apportion blame as the video evidence from that area of the track was inconclusive and they therefore took no further action.

289D Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey Beginners Schase

J.J. Slevin, rider of Coral Blue trained by S.M.Duffy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left.

289E Mullingar Veterans H'cap S'chase

The Stewards fined W.J.Austin, trainer, €65 for failing to fit the declared headgear to All The Chimneys, prior to entering the parade ring.

289F Wineport Lodge Beginners S'chase

The Stewards enquired into possible interference after the last involving Battle Of Midway, ridden by S.W. Flanagan, placed second and Royal Thief, ridden by Rachael Blackmore, placed first, where it appeared that interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that while interference had taken place the winner had not improved its position relative to the second placed horse and they therefore made no alteration to the judge's placings and they took no further action.

Rachael Blackmore, rider of Royal Thief trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her mount hung left.
