Appeal Withdrawn

The appeal lodged on behalf of J.P. O’Brien, apprentice jockey, following the running of the Dermot Earley Memorial Handicap at the Curragh on 2nd May 2011, where he was suspended for two race days for careless riding, has been withdrawn.  His suspension dates are 17th and 20th May.

The appeal was due to be heard on Monday, 16th May.
