The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

S.D. Torrens rode Mythical Times (reserve) trained by John C. McConnell (Race 1)

036B Red Mills Trial H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Saldier (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

036C Tote Jackpot Is Back H'cap H'dle

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Rebel Early trained by W.J. Burke, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the fourth hurdle.

036E Holden Plant Rentals Beginners S'chase

At the request of the Stewards, J.J. Slevin, rider of Fest Deiz (FR), trained by Kieran Purcell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount didn't travel on the ground over the last five furlongs.

036F BoyleSports Careys Cottage Nov H'cp S'ch

P.T. Enright, rider of Carrigmoorna Pine trained by Robert Tyner, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake down the back straight.

The Stewards interviewed L. Quinlan, rider of That's Lifebuoy, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of Regulation 10. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that L. Quinlan was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and R10.3(i)(time to respond) and having considered his record, they suspended him for 9 racedays.

036G Ronan Lawlor Mem EBF (M)(P-Am) Flat Race

The Stewards interviewed Mr D.N. Nevin, rider of Covermeinsunshine, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he had used his whip excessively. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that Mr. D.N. Nevin was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record, they suspended him for 1 raceday.

Miss A. Hourigan, rider of Iron Woman, trained by Ms Margaret Mullins, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount sustained an injury independently causing her to get unseated.
