M.W Hassett, rider of Music Magic, trained by Desmond McDonogh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount took a false step, got a bit of a fright and hit the running rail.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Asisaid, trained by P.J.F. Murphy, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
J.A. Powell, rider of Manhattan Dandy, trained by Thomas Coyle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stumbled leaving the stalls and edged right at the top of the hill.

M.A. Enright, rider of Molly's Gamble, trained by Mrs Denise Foster, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was hampered in the straight.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Shajak, ridden by J. Kearney, placed fourth, Harry's Legacy (GB), ridden by W.M. Lordan, placed fifth, Molly's Gamble, ridden by M.A. Enright, unplaced, and Whirling Dervish (GB), ridden by D.W. O'Connor, placed sixth, where it appeared that Molly's Gamble ran short of room and had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J. Kearney stated that he received pressure from his outside. W. M. Lordan stated that his mount shifted in and changed legs when it passed the horse on its inner but he thought he was clear. M. A. Enright stated that his mount met with interference from the outside. D. W. O'Connor stated that he took a precautionary check. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found W. M. Lordan, in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for one race day. Mr. Patrick Coveney recused himself from this enquiry. J. Kearney was accompanied at this enquiry by Mr. K. Borthwick.

S. Foley, rider of Stariam, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

W.J. Lee, rider of Blenheim Lad, trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green in the last furlong.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed the closing stages of this race where it appeared that several horses ran around. Having considered the matter and viewed the recording of the race, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that any interference that occurred was as a consequence of very green horses and they were satisfied that no further action was warranted

J.A. Powell, rider of Humtaza, trained by P.O'Rourke, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.
N.M. Crosse, rider of Windy And Cold, trained by Luke Comer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount sat in the stalls when they opened.
S. Foley, rider of Nicky's Champ, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left in the closing stages.
