265B Donnellys Of Barna Rated Race

The Stewards reviewed an incident inside the final furlong involving Plunkett (GB), ridden by W.J. Lee, and Clear Quartz, ridden by G.M. Ryan where it appeared both horses made contact. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

At the request of the Stewards, S. Foley, rider of Onlyhuman, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was slowly away and got an ok position in a slow early pace. He added that the field was very congested and his mount was unable to quicken when an opening appeared in the straight before the gap closed again.

265C James P. Cunningham Electrical H'cap

At the request of the Stewards, K.J. Leonard, rider of Out On Friday, trained by Philip M. Byrne, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was running free and clipped a heel in the dip about two and a half furlongs out.

Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Lord Erskine trained by H.Rogers, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount was outpaced in this race.

A.J. Slattery, rider of Dark Note (GB) trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was uneasy in the starting stalls.

265D Irish EBF Median Sires Series (F) M'dn

W.J. Lee, rider of Drummin Life trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away from the starting stalls.

D. McMonagle, rider of Perfect Portrait (GB) trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left under pressure.

265E The Galway H'cap

At the request of the Stewards, R.M Mulligan, rider of Wee Pablo, trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was slowly away from the starting stalls.

J.A. Powell, rider of You Owe Me Money trained by Gerard O'Leary, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away from the starting stalls.

S.D. Bowen, rider of Dutch Schaefer (GB) trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled during this race.

265F Ardilaun Hotel Oyster Stakes

R.C. Colgan, rider of Tashi trained by Ms. Sheila Lavery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was very slowly away from the starting stalls.

265G Galway Apprentice H'cap

The Stewards enquired into an incident within fifty yards of the finish involving The Truant, ridden by Sam Ewing, and Lamprog, ridden by D. McMonagle where it appeared that both horses made contact. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. In his evidence D. McMonagle stated that his mount rolled away from the whip despite he changing his whip hand and rolled around close to the finish when getting tired. Sam Ewing stated that his mount received a bump close to the finish that had no bearing on his final placing. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action.

C.J. MacRedmond, rider of Millford Sound trained by Peter Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount did not travel during this race.

J. Coen, rider of Stellar Storm (GB) trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped left out of the starting stalls.

D. McMonagle, rider of Lamprog trained by R.P.Cody, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received pressure from his left on the first bend.

D. McMonagle, rider of Lamprog, trained by R.P.Cody, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount rolled around a bit in the straight.

265H Sean Cleary Memorial (Fillies) M'dn

The Stewards fined Ray Hackett, trainer, €65 for failing to fit a tongue tie to Sani Pass, prior to entering the parade ring.

Sam Ewing, rider of Dollys Destination trained by Gary McGill, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left during this race.

M.P. Sheehy, rider of River Rain trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the straight.

D. McMonagle, rider of Rockabill Angel (GB) trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled during this race.

S. Foley, rider of Stellarock trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung violently left throughout this race.
