The following trainers were fined €200 in each case for the non-notification of a Veterinary Certificate in accordance with the provisions of Rule 194 (v) (vi):- Mr. M.J. Tynan for Ladydrinksalot (lame) at Clonmel on 26th May; Mr. Daniel Miley for Milltown Boy (lame) at Down Royal on 27th May; Mr. S. Buggy for Conclave (in season) and Luck Pennie (stiff & sore) at Cork on 27th May; Mr. Eugene M. O’Sullivan for Summertime Solo (lame) at Cork on 27th May; Mr. Donal Kinsella for Lonesome Maverick (lame) at Downpatrick on 29th May; Mrs. Holly McGahan for Innbrodericksbar (injured) at Downpatrick on 29th May; Mr. Gordon Elliott for Ma Heffernans Bar (stone bruise) at Downpatrick on 29th May and Mr. Paul A. The following trainers were fined €130 in each case for failing to produce the passport in respect of the winner in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (vi):- Mr. Peter Fahey for Shop DJ at Punchestown on 7th May and Mr. Conor O’Dwyer for Sorted at Kilbeggan on 14th May.

Listowel Meeting, 5th June 2011

124E St. John’s Literary ‘Centre Handicap Hurdle & Mr. W.F. Codd, trainer of Tico, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge was found to be stiff and sore post race.

Listowel Meeting, 6th June 2011

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting: M.J. Ferris rode Lackabane Jessie (reserve), trained by Mr. W.J. Burke (third race) and Mr. A.J. Doyle replaced Mr. T. Feeney (injured) on Strand Street, trained by Mr. L.J. Archdeacon (seventh race).

The Stewards fined the following trainer €200 in respect of his non-runner: Mr. Eoin Doyle for Without The Bop (off feed).

125A Kingdom Mares Maiden Hurdle & B.J. Geraghty, rider of Sallyanka, trained by Mr. Eoin Griffin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount made a bad mistake at the fourth last hurdle and never travelled thereafter. The Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Sallyanka was found to have an upper respiratory tract infection following an endoscopic examination post race.

T.P. Treacy, rider of Blackberryblossom, trained by Ms. M. Flynn, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount would not let herself down on today’s ground and needs more of an ease.

125B(i) Harvest Festival 11th -  17th September Handicap Hurdle (Division One) & B.J. Cooper, rider of Unwanted Gift, trained by Mr. L.J. Archdeacon, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran very keen early on, weakened quickly and did not travel with over a circuit to go. The Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Unwanted Gift was found to be post race normal.

B.J. Geraghty, rider of Kalmez, trained by Mr. P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled, suffered some accidental interference with a circuit to go and lost his action so was therefore pulled up. The trainer subsequently reported to the Stewards’ Secretaries that his charge was found to be lame post race. This was confirmed to the Stewards by the Turf Club Veterinary Officer.

The Stewards fined Mr. A.J. Kennedy, trainer, €130 for lodging a passport in respect of Character Actor in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer’s written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

Mr. E.J. O’Grady, trainer of Rhum And Coke (FR), reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Tuesday 7th June that Andrew J. McNamara, rider, reported to him that the horse hung after the fourth last hurdle and was hanging so badly after the second last hurdle that he was forced to pull the animal up.

125B(ii) Harvest Festival 11th -  17th September Handicap Hurdle (Division Two) & R. Walsh, rider of Kirk Session (GB), trained by Mr. A.J. Martin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped poorly, never travelled and was therefore pulled up.

Mr. Eamonn Fehily, trainer of Dbanks, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge was found to have a burst blood vessel post race.

125C John J. Galvin Handicap Hurdle & The Stewards interviewed D.N. Russell, rider of Bideford Legend, placed second, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages.
Evidence was heard from the rider concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that D.N. Russell was in breach of Regulation 10 3 (a), in that he failed to give his mount time to respond while using the whip. Having taken his record in this regard into account, the Stewards therefore suspended him for one race day (20th June).

125D Kevin Broderick Memorial Handicap Steeplechase & A.P. Crowe, rider of Wickham Street, trained by Mr. T. Stack, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was struck into at the first fence and lost confidence in his jumping thereafter.

125E Listowel Race Directors Mares Beginners Steeplechase & E.J. O’Connell, rider of Justfour, trained by Mr. Patrick Neville, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount almost fell at the second fence, became frightened and was therefore pulled up soon after.

125F Clieveragh Hunters Steeplechase & Ms. K. Walsh, rider of Annacarton, trained by Mr. James Joseph Mangan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount never travelled. The Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Annacarton was found to be post race normal.

125G Listowel Whit Weekend I.N.H. Flat Race & The Stewards interviewed Ms. Niamh Flynn, authorised representative for Mrs Louise Parkhill, trainer of Oso Crafty, regarding the poor performance of this horse.
Evidence was heard from Ms. Flynn.
Following the running of this race Oso Crafty was examined by the Turf Club Veterinary Officer at the request of the Stewards and was found to be post race normal.
Having considered the evidence, the Stewards, acting under terms of Rule 212 (b), suspended Oso Crafty for 60 days.

Naas Meeting, 6th June 2011

The Stewards authorised the following substitution of rider at this meeting: M.M. Monaghan rode Eur Elusive (reserve), trained by Mr. J.C. Hayden (third race).

126A Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Fillies Maiden & K.J. Manning, rider of Advenio, trained by Mr. J.S. Bolger, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled throughout the race. The Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Advenio was found to be post race normal.

126B Owenstown Stud Stakes & The Stewards informed Mr. K.J. Condon, trainer of Bay Knight, that his charge would have to be re-certified before being declared to run from stalls again.   

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Boynagh Joy, trained by Mr. James Halpin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount slipped on the bend into the straight.

Mr. P.D. Deegan, trainer of Lady Fashion (GB), reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Wednesday 8th June that his charge was found to be in season post race.

126C www.thetote.com Community Raceday Handicap & The Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final 150 yards involving the winner Six Of Hearts (GB), ridden by S.H. James, Tarrsille, ridden by K. Latham, placed fifth, Jembatt, ridden by J.P. O’Brien, and Full Title, ridden by N.G. McCullagh, both unplaced.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that S.H. James had ridden carelessly, and having taken his good previous record in this regard into account, they therefore suspended him for one race day (21st June).

126D Alfred Nobel Rochestown (C&G) Stakes The Stewards enquired into possible interference inside the final furlong involving Raphael Santi, ridden by J.P. O’Brien, placed fourth, and Requinto, ridden by W.M. Lordan, placed fifth.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge’s placings. They did, however, caution J.P. O’Brien to ride with more care in the future.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Requinto, trained by Mr. David Wachman, was found to be post race normal.

126F Paul Byrne Memorial Handicap & The Stewards interviewed R.P. Cleary, rider of Independent Girl, placed second, concerning his use of the whip in the straight.
Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who stated that he was instructed to make the running and turning into the straight he said he hit his mount to keep her up to her task. He felt that he probably started using the whip too early, but the filly kept responding all the way to the line.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that R.P. Cleary had used his whip with excessive frequency, and having taken his good record in this regard into account, they therefore severely cautioned him concerning his future use of the whip.

K.J. Manning, rider of Golden Shoe, trained by Mr. J.T. Gorman, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled. The Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Golden Shoe was found to have a bruised left eye and was coughing post race.

126G Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Fillies Handicap & S. Foley, rider of Miss Estrada, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to a Turf Club Official that his mount was found to have a burst blood vessel post race.

Clonmel Meeting, 8th June 2011

127C South Tipp Today / Nationalist Handicap Hurdle & E. J. McNamara, rider of Hevelius (GB), trained by Mr. E. McNamara, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount travelled well until weakening quickly in the straight. The Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Hevelius (GB) was found to be post race normal.

127D Thorney Bridge Handicap Hurdle & Mr. F.G. Hand, trainer of Allyonice, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge was found to have a burst blood vessel post race.

127F jogforjockeys.ie Handicap Steeplechase & The Stewards interviewed S.J. Hassett, rider of Gift Of The Gods, placed third, concerning his use of the whip.
Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who stated that his mount is a lazy type who kept responding throughout. He accepted that, in hindsight, he had been excessive with the whip and apologised for his actions.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that S.J. Hassett was in breach of Regulation 10, in that he used his whip with excessive frequency without giving his mount a chance to respond. Having taken his good record in this regard into account, the Stewards suspended him for two race days (1st and 2nd July).  

127G Suir Valley I.N.H. Flat Race & Mr. P.J. McMahon, rider of Fitzcarraldo, trained by Mr. A.J. McNamara, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount made a respiratory noise in running.

Leopardstown Meeting, 9th June 2011

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting: R.P. Whelan replaced K.C. Sexton (unwell) on Why But Why (USA), trained by Mrs John Harrington (fifth race) and C.P. Hoban rode Erycina (reserve), trained by Mr. M. Halford (fifth race).

128B Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund (C&G) Maiden & P.J. Smullen, rider of Echo Knight, trained by Mr. W. McCreery, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped awkwardly at the start and shifted outwards.

128C Ballyogan Stakes & J.P. Murtagh, rider of Peahen (GB), trained by Mr. G.M Lyons, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount missed the break.

C. O’Donoghue, rider of Sing Softly (USA), trained by Mr. A.P. O’Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was unable to go the early pace and may benefit from stepping back up in trip.

G.F. Carroll, rider of Invincible Ash, trained by Mr. M. Halford, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount did not act on today’s easing ground conditions.

128F Follow Leopardstown On Facebook Handicap & The Stewards informed Mr. Noel Meade, trainer of Leceile (USA), that his charge would have to be re-certified before being declared to run from stalls again.

W.M. Lordan, rider of Denny Crane (GB), trained by Mr. Edward Lynam, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled.

128G Nijinsky Stakes & The Stewards interviewed F.M. Berry, rider of Banksters Bonus, placed fourth, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages.
Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that in hindsight he had perhaps been excessive with the whip in the closing stages.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that F.M. Berry was in breach of Regulation 10 (3), in that he failed to give his mount time to respond and they therefore suspended him for one race day (23rd June).

Navan Meeting, 10th June 2011

129B www.navangolfclub.ie Handicap & The Stewards interviewed L.F. Roche, rider of the winner Patrickswell, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found that L.F. Roche had used his whip with excessive frequency, and having taken his record in this regard into account, they therefore severely cautioned him.

The Stewards requested a report from Mr. Marcus Callaghan, trainer of the winner Patrickswell, regarding the apparent improvement in form of his horse compared with his charge’s previous run at Navan when the animal finished 13th of 17 runners and was beaten ten lengths.
Mr. Callaghan reported that he was disappointed with the animals performance at Navan, but that he needs things his own way, which he did not get last time. The horse had things his own way from early in today’s race and he performed much better.
Having considered the report, the Stewards accepted the explanation offered.

129D Live Music After Racing Apprentice Handicap & The Stewards enquired into an incident approximately one and a half furlongs from the finish involving Bashkirov (GB), ridden by R.P. Whelan, Ionisphere (GB), ridden by R.A. Doyle, and Alamanda, ridden by K.C. Sexton, all unplaced, after it appeared interference had taken place.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that any interference was accidental in nature and therefore took no further action.
Mr. P.D. Deegan, trainer, representing apprentice K.C. Sexton, and Mr. W. McCreery, representing apprentice R.A. Doyle, also attended this enquiry.

L.F. Roche, rider of Hearthstead Dream (GB), trained by Mr. Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled.

129E Lynn Lodge Stud Maiden & The Stewards enquired into the running and riding of Soul Train (GB), ridden by S.M. Gorey, and trained by Mr. D.K. Weld. Evidence was heard from Mr. Pat O’Brien, trainer’s representative, and from the rider concerned.
In his evidence S.M. Gorey stated that this horse was coming back from a pelvic injury and was more than two years off the track. He was instructed to give the horse a chance early, but felt the horse was never happy on today’s quick going. He said his mount became unbalanced throughout and hung in the straight at which point he eased up on him.
In his evidence Mr. O’Brien confirmed the instructions and the previous injury to the horse.
The Stewards also received a report from the Racecourse Veterinary Officer which stated that Soul Train (GB) was found to be post race normal.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards noted the explanations offered.

129F Peter O’Brien Landscapes Handicap & C.D. Hayes, rider of Luckiest Owners, trained by Mr. William J. Fitzpatrick, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung throughout.

Wexford Meeting, 10th June 2011

130A Mount Leinster Maiden Hurdle & L.P. Flynn, rider of Seamie Joe, trained by Mrs Maureen Danagher, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung badly left. The trainer reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her charge scoped badly post race. Subsequently the Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Seamie Joe was found to have kickback in his respiratory tract following an endoscopic examination post race.

B.J.  Cooper, rider of Idaho Spur, trained by Mr. T.G. McCourt, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung badly from half way and that he could not ride out the horse to full affect.

130C Curracloe Handicap Hurdle & B.T. O’Connell, rider of Utrillo’s Art, trained by Mr. Philip Fenton, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was struck into and was therefore pulled up.

P. Carberry, rider of South Wing, trained by Mr. Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount met with interference travelling down the hill on the first circuit and as a result was further back than was planned.

J.R. Barry, rider of Wilde Oscar, trained by Mr. John Joseph Murphy, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was very sore in front and that he therefore pulled the horse up.

130F Slaney Handicap Steeplechase & Mr. C. Roche, trainer of Clarkey, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Monday 13th June that his charge was found to have a burst blood vessel, was lame and as a result was pulled up.

130G(i) Barrow Mares I.N.H. Flat Race (Division One) & Miss N. Carberry, rider of Skiing In Tune, trained by Mr. Patrick J. Flynn, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung very badly left throughout.

The Stewards fined Mr. Colin Bowe, trainer, €130 for lodging a passport in respect of Rever Up in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer’s written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

Limerick Meeting, 11th June 2011

131A Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Median Auction Fillies Maiden & The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages of this race involving the winner La Collina, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, Mahaazen, ridden by P.J. Smullen, placed second, and French Quebec, ridden by S. Foley, placed third.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge’s placings and took no further action.

The Stewards fined Mr. Daniel Mark Loughnane, trainer, €130 for lodging a passport in respect of Ihavetonuff in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer’s written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

131B Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund (C&G) Maiden & The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the final 50 yards involving the winner Tarcisio, ridden by K.J. Manning, and Alkazim, ridden by W.M. Lordan, placed second.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge’s placings and took no further action.

F.M. Berry, rider of Beau Amadeus, trained by Mr. Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount checked slightly when dropping back.

P.J. Smullen, rider of Can Do Les, trained by Mr. D.K. Weld, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount had to check to avoid a horse hanging in front of him.

C. O’Donoghue, rider of Prophesy, trained by Mr. A.P. O’Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung right in the closing stages.

131C Ryan Sheridan Playing Live Maiden & The Stewards fined Mr. Noel Lawlor, trainer, €130 for lodging a passport in respect of Cooke’s Bar in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer’s written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

131D(i) Limerick G.A.A. Handicap (Division One) & The Stewards enquired into an incident just before the bend coming out of the back straight involving Ain Jalout, ridden by W.J. Supple, Lady Antebellum, ridden by M.C. Hussey, and She’s Our Luck, ridden by S. Foley, all unplaced, where it appeared that interference had taken place.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found that any interference was caused by general bunching and they therefore took no further action.

131E Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Fillies Handicap & The Stewards enquired into an incident inside in the final furlong involving Gossamer Seed, ridden by D.M. Grant, placed third, Simla Sunset, ridden by R.P. Whelan, placed fourth, and Ultra Cool, ridden by C.D. Hayes, unplaced, where it appeared that interference had taken place.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found that any interference was accidental in nature and they therefore took no further action.

131F Derrinstown Stud Apprentice Handicap & The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Philosophers Guest, ridden by D.E. Mullins, and Red Jim, ridden by S.H. James, both unplaced, where it appeared that interference took place.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found that any interference was accidental in nature and they therefore took no further action.

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the back straight involving the winner Intyre Trail, ridden by R.P. Whelan, Harry Days, ridden by D.J. Benson, and Secret Hero (GB), ridden by Darren Edward Egan, both unplaced, after it appeared that interference had taken place.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards cautioned R.P. Whelan and Darren Edward Egan to ride with more care in future.
Mr. Shane Lyons, representing apprentice D J Benson, also attended this enquiry.


Cork Meeting, 12th June 2011

132A Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Auction Maiden & The Stewards enquired into an incident in the final furlong involving Rockview Diamond, ridden by S. Foley, placed second, Nini Ok, ridden by D.M. Grant, placed third, Gin Rummy (GB), ridden by J.P. Murtagh, placed fourth, and Catfromtherock, ridden by C. O’Donoghue, unplaced, where it appeared that interference had taken place.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found that any interference was accidental in nature and they therefore took no further action.

132B Kerry Group Handicap & The Stewards enquired into an incident approximately three furlongs from the finish involving The Munster Maori, ridden by C.P. Hoban, placed fifth, and Measured Approval, ridden by D.M. Grant, unplaced, after it appeared that interference had taken place.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found that any interference was accidental in nature and they therefore took no further action.

K.J. Manning, rider of Noimead Draiochta, trained by Mr. J.S. Bolger, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount met with interference leaving the stalls and was off the bridle thereafter, but staying on well in the closing stages.

Mr. Seamus G. O’Donnell, trainer of Brookley Lady, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Monday 13th June that his charge was struck into behind and was found to be lame post race.

132C Galtee Midsummer Sprint Stakes & The Stewards enquired into an incident involving Oor Jock, ridden by P. Shanahan, placed third, Tiddliwinks (GB), ridden by P. Makin, and Blue Dahlia, ridden by W.M. Lordan, both unplaced, where it appeared that interference had taken place.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found that P. Makin had ridden carelessly and they therefore suspended him for one race day (28th June).

P. Makin, rider of Tiddliwinks (GB), trained by Mr. Kevin Ryan (in GB), reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount became unbalanced and as a result he lost an iron.

132D Kerry Group Noblesse Stakes & The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the straight involving the winner Banimpire, ridden by K.J. Manning,
Amazing Beauty, ridden by C. O’Donoghue, placed third, and Polly’s Mark, ridden by A. Kirby, placed fourth.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge’s placings and took no further action.

132F Charleville Cheese Handicap & The Stewards interviewed K.J. Manning, rider of Deire Na Sli, placed second, concerning his use of the whip in the straight.
Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who stated that this filly is a frustrating type and was giving him no help. However, he accepted that this was no excuse and apologised for his actions.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that K.J. Manning had used his whip with excessive frequency and having taken his excellent record into account, they cautioned him as to his future behaviour in this regard.

The Stewards interviewed J.P. Murtagh, rider of Aznavour, placed third, concerning his use of the whip in the straight.
Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who stated that, while he had breached the guidelines, he felt his mount was responding well for the whip.
Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found that J.P. Murtagh had used his whip with excessive frequency, and having taken his record in this regard into account, they suspended him for one race day (28th June).


Roscommon Meeting, 12th June 2011

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting: K. Latham rode Midnight Manhattan (USA) (reserve), trained by Mr. M. Halford (fifth race); W.J. Supple rode Acclaimed Piper (reserve), trained by Mr. William J. McLernon (fifth race); R. Walsh rode Munnings (reserve) trained by Mr. A.J. Martin (fifth race) and Mr. R. O’Sullivan replaced Mr. R.P. McNamara (injured) on Alhellal, trained by Mr. M. Phelan (eighth race).

The Stewards fined the following trainers €200 each in respect of their non-runners: Mr. Shaun Harley for Key Decision (off feed) and Mr. W. McCreery for Lough Carraig (GB) (late withdrawal – lame).

133A Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Median Auction Maiden & S.M. Gorey, rider of Celebrity Sevi, trained by Mr. D.K. Weld, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was slowly away.

B.A. Curtis, rider of Sportsmaster, trained by Mr. A. Oliver, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung in the straight.

133B Budweiser Handicap & The Stewards granted permission for Miss Cueta, trained by Mr. William Durkan, to run in this race without a tongue strap as it was dislodged in the stalls.
 
133C Property Partners Earley Auctioneers Handicap & R.P. Whelan, rider of Gift From The Sea, trained by Mr. J.S. Bolger, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran off two of the bends. The Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Gift From The Sea (GB) was found to be post race normal.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Miranda’s Girl, trained by Mr. Thomas Cleary, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung right.

133D(i) Roscommon Herald Handicap (Division One) & M.C. Hussey, rider of Quarton, trained by Mr. Timothy Doyle, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount tired quickly in the latter stages.

133F www.thetote.com Connacht National Handicap Steeplechase & The Stewards requested a report from  Mr. C. Byrnes, trainer of the winner Campbonnais (FR),  regarding the apparent improvement in form of his horse compared to the animal’s previous run at Killarney on 17th May where he finished last of six finishers and was beaten approximately 73 lengths.
Mr. Byrnes reported that at Killarney he felt they went a very quick pace in a race won by a very high class horse. He said that it was a steadier run race today which suited his handy sized horse who was also advantaged by only having to carry 10st 2 lbs. Mr. Byrnes also reported that his charge would not be the most reliable of horses. 
Having considered the report, the Stewards noted the explanations offered.

E.J. O’Connell, rider of Information, trained by Mr. James Francis Brennan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped the second fence very poorly and was therefore pulled up.

133G Ladies Day At Roscommon On July 4th I.N.H. Flat Race & Mr. William Hayes, trainer of Mountain Bid, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Tuesday 14th June that his charge scoped badly post race.
