The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Vittoria Colanna, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Kirkuila trained by James M. Barrett, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

L.F. Roche, rider of Dayzee trained by Mark Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Way Forward trained by Luke Comer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away and very green.

J.M. Sheridan, rider of Havana Pearl trained by M.Halford, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got checked turning in.

J. Coen, rider of Delta Romeo trained by Gerard O'Leary, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount checked twice in the straight.

J.M. Sheridan, rider of Superior Council trained by J.F. Levins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was checked after the first furlong.

Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Numoor (GB) trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received contact in the first furlong.

P.A. Harnett, rider of Circles trained by Anthony McCann, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned right in the straight.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed C. Stone-Walsh, rider of Jazzy Dancer, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of regulation 10 and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that C. Stone-Walsh was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency and R10(3)(i) by failing to give his mount at least three strides to respond. Having taken his previous record into consideration the Raceday Stewards suspended C. Stone-Walsh for two racedays and referred him to R.A.C.E. for one day's tuition on the correct use of the whip. Ms Elaine O'Farrell accompanied C Stone-Walsh at this enquiry .

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the first furlong involving Superior Council, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, Numoor (GB), ridden by Siobhan Rutledge, Leclerc (GB), ridden by Adam Caffrey, Clarinbridge, ridden by J. Coen, and Caesar's Comet, ridden by M.W Hassett where it appeared that Leclerc ridden by Siobhan Rutledge got tight for room and struck a rail. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Siobhan Rutledge stated that her mount received contact from her right, and got tight for room. J. Coen stated that his mount received pressure from his outside. M.W. Hassett stated that his mount received pressure from his outside. Adam Caffrey stated that his mount received pressure from the horse on his outside. J.M. Sheridan stated that his mount was taken across and was forced to take off heels but felt he did not cause any interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found J.M. Sheridan, was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for four racedays. Ms. Elaine accompanied J. Coen and Mr. Kevin Borthwick accompanied M.W. Hassett in this enquiry.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Gobi Star trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

J. Kearney, rider of Hibernicus trained by Andrew McNamara, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was very keen early and blew up turning in.

R. Whearty, rider of Maura's Gift trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the straight.
