The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

T.E. Whelan rode La Novia (reserve) , trained by Leanne Breen (Race 4)
R.P. Cleary rode Clonard Abbey (reserve) , trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 8).

319A Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

The Stewards informed Miss Katy Brown, trainer that Runcible, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

319B BetVictor Bet 5 Get 30 Offer M'dn

S.M. Crosse, rider of Cold War (USA) trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount broke slowly and was awkward from the stalls.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Sheranda, trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.

319C(i) Lengthen The Odds with BetVictor H'cap (Division One)

S. Foley, rider of Loaded trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left in the final furlong.

319C(ii) Lengthen The Odds with BetVictor H'cap (Division Two)

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Swiss Army Officer, ridden by B.P. Kennedy, Tynamite, ridden by C.D. Hayes, and La Novia, ridden by T.E. Whelan , where it appeared Tynamite ran short of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. B.P. Kennedy gave his evidence in the presence of John Geoghegan. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found that the incident was caused by accidental interference and took no further action.

319D Irish Stallion Farms EBF (C&G) Mdn

The Stewards fined Henry de Bromhead, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Aerclub, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Aerclub in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90.

R. Coakley, rider of Easca Peasca trained by John M. Oxx, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.

319E Floodlit Friday Nights H'cap

The Stewards requested a report from Gavin Cromwell, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Innamorare, placed fist, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that the ground at Navan last time was too soft for his charge, prior to that the filly got no run at Leopardstown and was forced to check at the Curragh. Having considered the report the Stewards noted the explanation offered.

319F Parkview Provisions Apprentice H'cap

The Stewards enquired into an incident at the first bend involving Jon Ess, ridden by C.G. O'Dwyer, Park Row, ridden by R. Coakley, Itsalonglongroad (GB), ridden by J.M. Sheridan, Perfect In Pink (GB), ridden by P.A. Harnett, Rips Dream, ridden by S.M. Crosse, and Cacique Royale, ridden by D.E. Sheehy, where it appeared Park Row ran short of room on the inner and checked. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C.G. O'Dwyer gave his evidence in the presence of Conor O'Dwyer. J.M. Sheridan gave his evidence in the presence of John C. McConnell. Paddy Harnett gave his evidence in the presence of Elaine O'Farrell. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found D.E. Sheehy in breach of Rule 214 by riding carelessly and having taken his record into account suspended him for 2 race days.

J.M. Sheridan, rider of Itsalonglongroad (GB) trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost its action in the straight but came home sound.

G.M. Ryan, rider of Cautious Approach (GB) trained by Richard John O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran short of room in the first two furlongs and in the last two furlongs.

319G Crowne Plaza Race & Stay H'cap

S. Foley, rider of Pocotaligo (GB), trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount checked at the first bend but he was unable to apportion blame to any other rider.
