The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

A. Oliver, trainer of Just Let Go (Late withdrawal) - €200

325B Extra Places Everyday At BetVictor H'cap

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Theriverrunsdeep trained by Seamus G. O'Donnell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right in the straight.

325C View Restaurant At Dundalk H'cap

D. McMonagle, rider of Sister Lola trained by James McAuley, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was outpaced early on.

James J. Doyle, rider of Grammata trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.

325D Crowne Plaza Hotel Dundalk M'dn

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ambitious, trained by Kieran P. Cotter, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal post race.

R.C. Colgan, rider of Step Back In Time trained by Christopher David Timmons, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly right.

325E BetVictor Loyalty Club H'cap

The Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages of this race involving Well Suited, ridden by S.M. Crosse, unplaced and Zahee, ridden by G.F. Carroll, unplaced, where it appeared that Well suited momentarily ran short of room. Having viewed the recording of the race, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Sahreej trained by Muredach Kelly, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel in running.

J. Coen, rider of Wrist Art trained by Timothy Doyle, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a bad noise in running.

The Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after leaving the stalls involving World Title, ridden by Julie McDonald, Summer's Dream (GB), ridden by Emma Louise Doyle, Dreams Delivered, ridden by J.A. Powell, Benkogambit, ridden by R. Whearty, Kilmallock Lady, ridden by S.B.Kelly, Sahreej, ridden by R.P. Cleary and Dark Matter, ridden by N.G. McCullagh, where it appeared that several runners got tight for room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned, in the presence of Ms. Elaine Farrell, who accompanied the under age riders at this enquiry. Julie McDonald, stated that her mount ran keen early on and received interference from her outside. Emma Louise Doyle, stated that her mount met with interference from her outside. J.A. Powell, stated that his mount suffered slight interference from his outside. R. Whearty, stated that he received pressure from his outside. R.P. Cleary stated that he received interference when the horses came close together. N.G. McCullagh, stated that his mount got tight for room close to the railing. S.B. Kelly, stated stated that his mount ran very keen early on and accepted that he had moved across before reaching the marker poles. He further accepted that the horses behind him got tight for room, but stated that he had thought he was far enough clear at the time. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that S.B. Kelly was in breach of Rule 211(moving across before reaching the marker poles) and having considered his record, they suspended him for 1 raceday. Furthermore, the Stewards were satisfied that S.B. Kelly was in breach of Rule 214 (careless riding) and having considered his record, they suspended him for 1 raceday. Mr. P.D. Matthews, Acting Steward, absented himself from this enquiry and Mr. L. Walsh acted in his absence.

R. Whearty, rider of Benkogambit trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran very free.

J. Coen, rider of Retro Flame trained by Timothy Doyle, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount missed the break.

325G Story Of Dundalk Stadium Book H'cap

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Pempie trained by Eddie & Patrick Harty, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost its action in the straight.
