Amy Jo Hayes, rider of Dare To Flare trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount was slowly away.

S. Foley, rider of Elephant John trained by James McAuley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost his action behind.

G.M. Ryan, rider of Lone Fighter trained by James McAuley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed E.A Murphy, rider of Akmaam (FR), trained by J.F. Levins, concerning her ride in the closing stages of this race where it appeared she did not ride her mount out to the line. Evidence was heard from the rider and trainer concerned. E.A. Murphy stated that she was having her third ride in public and that her legs got weak and tired but felt she did not stop riding before the finish. J.F. Levins who also was accompanying Ms. Murphy in this enquiry stated this was Ms. Murphys first time in the business end of race but felt she done well considering this was only her third ride in public. Having viewed the recording and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action other than to remind Ms. Murphy of her responsibilities in this regard in the future.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Bright Dick trained by Luke Comer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned right turning into the home straight.

D. McMonagle, rider of Cash Out trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stumbled leaving the stalls.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed A.C. Persse, rider of Happenstance, concerning his use of the whip in closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. A.C. Persse stated he was in a close finish and just lost count but accepted he was in breach of R 10. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found A.C. Persse in breach of R 10.3(g)(frequency) and having taken his previous record into account they suspended him for 3 racedays.

G.M. Ryan, rider of Static Charge (GB) trained by Joseph G. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount clipped a heel about four furlongs down.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Bedelia, trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Static Charge (GB), trained by Joseph G. Murphy, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have an overreach on his left hind heel and to be sore post race.

R.C. Colgan, rider of Jackie Brown trained by A.J.Martin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount clipped a heel.

Joseph G. Murphy, trainer of Static Charge (GB), reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge got struck into behind in this race.

Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Higher Kingdom (GB) trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount was slowly away.

Sorcha Woods, rider of Linus Larrabee trained by Edward Lynam, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount was slowly away.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed S.B. Kelly, rider of Jazzy Dancer, concerning his use of the whip in closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. S.B. Kelly stated that he was there with a winning chance and felt his mount was responding to his urgings but accepted he was in breach of R 10.Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found S.B. Kelly in breach of R 10.3(g)(frequency) and having taken his previous record into account they cautioned him on this occision.

S.B. Kelly, rider of Jazzy Dancer trained by W.J. Martin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he pulled his whip through for corrective purposes.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Tack (FR), trained by James McAuley, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

M.A. Enright, rider of Witch Of The Wood trained by J.A.Stack, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

S. Foley, rider of Tack (FR) trained by James McAuley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost his action after a furlong and a half.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving Alphonse Le Grande, ridden by R.P. Whelan, and Wonder Spirit (GB), ridden by Siobhan Rutledge where it appeared they both drifted left. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Alphonse Le Grande trained by R.P.Cody, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lugged left underpressure.

J.M. Sheridan, rider of No Show trained by James Joseph Mangan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stood in the stalls.

C. Martins, rider of Steel Queen trained by Michael J. Browne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount raced very keen throughout.

C. Stone-Walsh, rider of Complete Fiction trained by Jarlath P.Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the straight.
