Sheridan stated that he felt pressure from his inside jumping from stalls, held his line and subsequently felt pressure from his outside. C.D. While doing so, he heard a shout from the rails and pulled out immediately to give room to the riders on his inside. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the incident was caused by general bunching and they therefore took no further action. Mr. P.N. Reynolds, Acting Steward, absented himself from this enquiry.
