Devine Star deemed a Non Runner at Clonmel on Thursday, 11th January 2018
16 January 2018The Directors of the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board using their powers under Rule 22 have deemed Devine Star a non-runner in the Kilsheelan Mares Maiden Hurdle at Clonmel on 11th January 2018, as in accordance with Rule 209(v), Devine Star did not start in the race due to starter error.
