David Wachman & Niarchos Family lodge Appeal
10 September 2012David Wachman and the Niarchos Family have lodged an appeal against the decision of the Stewards at Leopardstown on 8th September 2012 to demote Duntle from first place in the Coolmore Fusaichi Pegasus Matron Stakes and award the race to Chachamaidee which finished second.
Wayne Lordan has also lodged an appeal against the two day ban imposed on him for careless riding arising out of the same incident.
No date has been set for the appeals.
