The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, trainer of Elliptic (off feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D.E Sheehy rode Porter Rockwell (reserve), trained by Noel Meade (Race 8).
T.P. Madden replaced N.G. McCullagh on Zaffy's Pride, trained by Mrs John Harrington (Race 4)(intended mount a non runner)
S. Foley replaced T.P. Madden on Cosmic Vega, trained by Mrs John Harrington (Race 6)(intended mount a non runner)
S.M. Crosse replaced G.P. Halpin on Magnanimous, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien (Race 6) (Intended mount a non runner) .

096A Irish EBF Stallion Auction Series M'dn

James J. Doyle, rider of Hot Sunset (GB) trained by Joseph Anthony Murray, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was slowly away from the stalls.

096B GAIN First Flier Stakes

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Cheerupsleepyjean (FR), trained by J.A.Stack, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.

096D Coolmore Circus Maximus EBF Athasi Stks

The Stewards reviewed an incident about 300 yards from the finish, involving Champers Elysees, ridden by B.M. Coen, placed fourth and Soul Search, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed third, where it appeared both horses came close together. Having viewed the recording of the race, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

096E Coolmore Irish EBF Mooresbridge Stakes

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Saltonstall (GB), trained by Adrian McGuinness, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have a wound on the right hind anterior fetlock, but was otherwise post race normal.

G.M. Ryan, rider of Saltonstall (GB), trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount that his mount ran too free early on, was unable to get any cover and failed to get home.

096F Dick McCormick Irish EBF Tetrarch Stakes

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Storm Legend, trained by J.A.Stack, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages of this race involving Lunar Space, ridden by K.J. Manning, placed first and Magnanimous, ridden by S.M. Crosse, placed second, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. K.J. Manning stated that the runner up lugged in on him carrying him wide for a few strides in the closing stages. S.M. Crosse stated that his mount travelled well until a furlong out and despite his best efforts hung in on Mr. Manning at this point carrying him wide. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the incident was accidental and therefore took no further action.

096G AES Bord na Mona Apprentice H'cap

A.J. Farragher, rider of Imposing Supreme trained by Thomas Gibney, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount met with interference after a furlong and a half. The Stewards subsequently reviewed the incident and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Stewards reviewed the start of this where it appeared that the stall of Khafaaq, ridden by A.J. Slattery, drawn in stall 10, opened slightly ahead of the rest. Having viewed the recording of the start, the Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted other than to advise the I.H.R.B. Starter to test the stalls before the next race.

096H Sentinel Ireland H'cap

G.M. Ryan, rider of Double Kodiac trained by Leanne Breen, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount bolted on the way to the start.

A.J. Slattery, rider of Twilight Man (GB) trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount bolted going to the start.

S. Foley, rider of Ablah (USA) trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got tight for room in the first half a furlong. The Stewards subsequently reviewed the incident and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
