164A Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Ennistymon trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got no luck in running.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ennistymon, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be slightly lame post race. Samples were taken for analysis.

164C Irish Stallion Farms EBF 'Ragusa' H'cap

The Stewards enquired into possible interference inside the final furlong involving Sea The Lion, ridden by G.M. Ryan, placed second, Perfect Tapatino (FR), ridden by D. O'Brien, unplaced, Persian Lion, ridden by S. Foley, placed sixth and War Diary (GB), ridden by N.G. McCullagh, placed first, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the incident was accidental. They therefore made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.

164D Troytown Irish EBF Median Auction M'dn

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Piano Solo (FR), trained by K.J. Condon, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

S. Foley, rider of Pocotaligo (GB) trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost its action.

W.J. Lee, rider of Piano Solo (FR) trained by K.J. Condon, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount didn't pick up.

164E Tote Rockingham H'cap

The Stewards fined J. S. Bolger, trainer, €65 for failing to fit a tongue tie to Smash Williams, prior to entering the parade ring.

164F County Kildare Twinning Apprentice Derby

T.P. Madden, rider of Sweet Dime (GB) trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount reared in the stalls.
