Having arrived by helicopter before this race, A.P. O'Brien added that he saddled his horses himself as fast as possible in the old saddling stalls. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards noted the explanation offered on this occasion and reminded A.P. O'Brien that irrespective of the circumstances he is bound by Rule 32 and it is his responsibility to ensure that his horses parade in a reasonable time before the signal to mount is given.
