The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

The Stewards requested a report from Michael Mulvany, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of The King Of Kells, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Michael Mulvany stated that he felt the heavy ground on its previous run was the reason for the poor run and that the better ground today had brought about the improvement in form when compared to its previous run. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation given.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Megans Beau, trained by Thomas Coyle, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
A.C. Persse, rider of Megans Beau trained by Thomas Coyle, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount felt lame behind for the last furlong.
365C Take Teens Racing H'capAt the request of the Stewards, Adrian O'Shea, rider of Ustinov (GB), trained by Mrs.A.M.O'Shea, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount needed to be coaxed along through his races. In addition he added that his run was checked in the closing stages of the race.
The Stewards interviewed Tara Roche, rider, in relation to her fall approximately 150 yards from the finish line. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that that she lost her irons as a result of tiredness. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards advised Tara Roche to improve her fitness levels. Tara Roche was accompanied by W. McCreevy at this enquiry.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ustinov (GB), trained by Mrs.A.M.O'Shea, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for further analysis.
365E Happy Halloween Nursery H'capS. Foley, rider of Waterville Lady trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was checked twice in the final furlong.
A.J. Slattery, rider of Princess Mayson trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped very quickly.
The Stewards enquired into two incidents in the closing stages of this race involving Sasta, ridden by W.T. Byrne, placed third, Waterville Lady, ridden by S. Foley, placed fifth, Miss Adventurous, ridden by P.A. Harnett, placed fourth and Scholastic, ridden by M.P. Sheehy, placed first. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence the stewards were of the opinion that the first incident was accidental and they took no further action. In relation to the second incident, the Stewards found W. T. Byrne in breach of Rule 214, in that he had ridden carelessly. Having considered W. T. Byrne's record in this regard the stewards cautioned W. T. Byrne on this occasion.

B.M. Coen, rider of Dare To Flare trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stood in the stalls.
365G(i) Thank You For Your Support In 2019 H'cap (Division One)J.M. Sheridan, rider of Sharg trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount moved very badly.

Feidhlin Cunningham, authorised representative for Gavin Cromwell stated that the heavy ground on its previous run was the reason for the poor run. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation given.
