193C Friarstown Stud Sapphire StakesD. Tudhope, rider of Soldier's Call (GB) trained by Archie Watson (in GB), reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount pulled a shoe in running.
193D Kilboy Estate StakesThe Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Goddess, ridden by R.L. Moore, placed second and Annie Fior, ridden by P.B. Beggy, placed third. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Coral Beach, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
193E Ticket Offers At Curragh.ie H'capThe Stewards requested a report from Aidan Anthony Howard, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Miss Jabeam, placed first, as compared with her last run. Aidan Anthony Howard reported that his charge is an excitable filly and she was saddled in the stable yard today in an effort to have her settled before the race. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation offered.
